Tideline Photography was started by Austen Ezzell and Lauren Wenz in 2008. Our service is located in the heart of Laguna Beach, California, and we focus on Weddings, Gala openings, Portraits, Landscape and Event photography.

Regarding us

We started Tideline Photography to give the public another perspective on life's images. We have a fresh, artistic, fun outlook on life and we feel it comes through in our pictures, while at the same time, we are still conscientious on getting that perfect, professional, in-the-moment, definitely-framing-this-one- shot!

We thought, 'Hey, why not share?'

As photographers we combine our creative, outgoing and technical abilities to provide a reliable and outstanding service, with a pure point of view.

It takes TWO, Baby

There is a definite advantage to team photography. Firstly, we are able to be in two places at once! We both have unique and creative points of view, which blend harmoniously together. While Lauren redefines detail, Austen takes portraits to new heights. Collectively, we capture all the different aspects of people, places and vibrations.

Lauren

Lauren grew up in San Clemente, California. Showing on the equestrian circuit, and traveling was the norm. As her world became a little bit larger, photography and writing became a fierce passion, only to be developed further at Cal State Fullerton University. It was there she majored in Journalism, taking courses in broadcast, photography, and writing.

Austen

Austen grew up in Laguna Beach, California. His father is an artist, his mother a teacher and dancer. He graduated college at Notre Dame De Namur, with a bachelor’s degree in Business and a minor in Art. He is currently working at Quiksilver in the ecommerce Photography Studio.
